Well on the fourth we wanted to do a number of things since Benj had Monday off (which I was so looking forward to since he works like 65 hrs a week!)... but we ended up doing basically none of them.... haha no worries though..instead we drove around downtown Louisville and found random things to do spontaneously! :) it was actually pretty fun! We started out by going to the Louisville slugger museum... saw it.. got bored and decided to just walk around..

saw this interesting thing....
and this.... some sort of stunt crew on bullet bikes followed by at least 50 other riders on their own bikes.. it looked like anyone who was on a motorcycle or cool vehicle just followed the crew around.. lookin all cool.. yeah lame, but they did draw quite a bit of attention to themselves because of the amount of NOISE they could make by revving their engines.. haha. yes, Benj was lovin it.
oh and we saw a Lambo it was whatevs. haha.
we then found our way down to the river. the Ohio River that is. so beautiful.

Afterwards it got really hot and muggy so we headed back home.. that night we planned to go to the fireworks at the waterfront park starting at 10... but Mischa passed out at 9. So we decided to just get a redbox. along with these babies:
soooo good! It was a nice way to end the day curled up on the couch with the hubs and watch this movie:
Benj had been wanting to see this movie for some time.. and I actually really enjoyed it! we had an eventful weekend and had a fun time as a fam!
love those oreos! our fun firework/carnival plans kinda got cancelled on the 4th, too. and that movie was depressing-no?
